Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Young adults aged between 18\-30 years.2\)Those who have BMI in the range of 23 to 39\.9kg/m2\.
- •3\) Those who can read/understand Hindi/English.4\)Those who have an intent to participate in weight management treatment and follow up regularly.
- •5\)Those who have the ownership or accessibility to mobile phones for technology\-based intervention.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Those with secondary causes of obesity (like Uncontrolled Hypothyroidism, Cushingââ?¬•s diseases, PCOS).
- •2\) Those with acute infections, advanced end\-organ damage or chronic diseases: renal/hepatic failure, any malignancy.
- •3\) Those having a current intake of medicine known to affect body weight such as drugs acting on the central nervous system, cathartics, thyroid supplements, diuretics and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
- •4\) Those with psychosocial contraindications such as bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, substance abuse, clinically significant depression or undercurrent psychiatric care.
- •5\) Those planning to move out within the study period.
