- •?In cases who visit the emergency room for symptoms of acute pancreatitis and contact this clinical researcher within 6 hours
- •?Mild or moderate acute pancreatitis
- •?Patients who agree to participate in this study and complete the patient consent form
排除标准
- •?Severe acute pancreatitis
- •?New York Heart Association Class > II heart failure,
- •?Pulmonary edema,
- •?Renal failure (Cr > 1.9 mg/dL)
- •?Abnormal liver function (albumin < 3 mg/dL, or liver cirrhosis diagnosis)
- •?Clinical signs of hypervolemia: pulmonary congestion, peripheral edema, ascites
- •?Under the age of 18
- •?Patient who does not agree to clinical trials
