A person who has been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and is undergoing follow-up treatment at Hanyang University Hospital or Nowon Eulji University Hospital after having previously confirmed fatty liver in a liver fibrosis scan, and a secondary cause that could cause fatty liver was excluded through a medical examination.
- Adults over 19 years of age
- Those who can read Korean and understand Korean
- If hepatitis B virus or hepatitis C virus is confirmed or if there is a past history of viral hepatitis
- Significant alcohol consumption (more than 140 grams per week for women and more than 210 grams per week for men)
- Patients with autoimmune hepatitis
- Patients with drug-induced fatty liver disease (those who take statin, steroid, amiodarone, methotrexate, tamoxifen, and health supplements containing medicinal/herbal medicinal ingredients) not).
- Those who cannot measure changes in heart rate through a smart band (attached to an artificial pacemaker or amputated both arms)
- Those with limitations in performing aerobic exercise (cardiocerebrovascular disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, or leg amputation)
- Those who do not use a smartphone
