Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18 to 75 years;
- •2\. Permanent residents (at least half a year for local residents at the time of survey);
- •3\. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale score \>\= 9 points.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Serious neurological and mental system diseases;
- •2\. Serious basic diseases of respiratory, circulatory, digestive, urinary and endocrine systems;
- •3\. PHQ\-9 Depression Scale score \>\= 20 points;
- •4\. For other reasons, who can not complete the scales.
