Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for diabetes and myopenia;
- •(2\) Age range from 50 to 70 years old;
- •(3\) Those with clear consciousness and stable vital signs;
- •(4\) I or my family sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients with sarcopenia caused by diseases such as hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors, liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, and rheumatic diseases;
- •(2\) Subjects who have been taking hormones and other drugs for a long time;
- •(3\) Patients with disuse muscular atrophy caused by long\-term bed rest of diabetes foot;
- •(4\) Patients with physical disabilities that affect grip strength and walking speed or normal sitting up;
- •(5\) Pregnant and lactating women.
