b. HbA1c: 7.5% to 9.5%
c. Able and willing to commit and attend diabetes self management education(DSME) training and peer support program(PSP)
d. Using mobile phones and able to read short message service (SMS)
e. People who are able to read and understand Kannada
a.People with T1DM
b.People with gestational diabetes
c.People with severe cardiovascular, neurological and other complications
d.Patients who are critically ill
e.Serious psychiatric illness, self-reported excessive alcohol or illicit drug use
