Age greater than 65 y/o; Not having acute treatable cause; Having secondary generalized epilepsy according to history and
Exclusion criteria: Previous history of reaction to phenytin or Oxcarbazepine; Having other causes except cerebrovascular disease as primary cause of epilepsy.
