Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA grade 1 , ASA grade 2
2. Age group 18 years -60 years of either sex
3. All patients scheduled for elective Surgery and requiring general anaesthesia with Direct laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patientâ??s refusal or not giving consent.
2.Pregnancy
3.Patient with comorbidities
4.Patients with limited neck movement and mouth opening.
5.ASA grade III,IV,V,E
