Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients undergoing spinal surgeries in prone
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical
- •status I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having
- •1. cervical spine surgery
- •2. pre-operative modified Mallampati class
- •3. preexisting oropharyngeal pathology
- •4. inability to fully open mouth for
- •5. severely limited neck mobility
- •6. history of difficult intubation or
- •difficult mask ventilation
- •7. patients who refuse for participating
