入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Full-term monofetal pregnancy (>=37 wks of gestational age)
- •2) Age between 18 years and 99years
- •3) ASA grade 1 or 2
- •3) Elective or emergency lower segment caesarean section (LSCS) under spinal anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1) Morbid Obesity
- •2) Patient with comorbid conditions like heart disease ,Diabetes mellitus, eclampsia, coagulopathy ,HELLP Syndrome
- •3) Patients with any obvious features of airway difficulty such as abnormal dentition- buck teeth /loose teeth,jaw abnormalities - micrognathia, prognathia ,retrognathia ,restricted mouth opening i.e. an Inter-incisor distance <3cm (less than two finger breadth) restricted neck movement
