Patient suffering from migraine headache and fulfilling the international classification of headache disorders 3 beta version of International headache society
Age group between 18-65 year
Exclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from headache other than migraine.
Spinal radiculopathy
Depression
Uncooperative patients.
Osteoporosis
Pregnancy
