1.The participants willing to participate in the study.
2.Age between 18-30 years of both male and female adults with forward head posture.
4.Participants with Craniovertebral angle less than 50°.
5.Participants with Tight Hamstrings
1.If participant had any injury or underwent surgery in the past year.
2.If participant had previous history of immobilization in the last three years.
3.Participant with persistent pain or pathology.
4.Participant with disorders of the circulatory system in lower extremities.
5.Participants with any musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular disease.
