1)Both male and female
2)Age group between 22 to 40 years
3)Tender masticatory muscles ( masseter and temporalis) with latent trigger points on palpation
4)Tender cervical muscles (upper trapezius and sternocleidomastoid) ) with latent trigger points on palpation
5)Patients with reduced jaw opening with interincisal distance <40mm
6)Patients having forward head posture
•Recent history of trauma and fracture around TM joint and/or cervical spine
•Patients undergone any surgery of TM joint and/or cervical spine
•Unco-operative patients
•Patients with any mental illness
•Acute pain or dental problems other than TMJ dysfunction
