Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing endonasal sinus surgery of age between 10-60 years and of either sex will be included in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who have already undergone previous endoscopic sinus surgery.
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, coronary artery disease or cerebro- vascular accident.
Patients who are younger than 10 years of age or older than 60 years of age
Patients operated under local anaesthesia.
Patients requiring infiltration of adrenaline.
