Inclusion Criteria
aged 45-75 years
Knee pain more than 3 months
ability of walking
osteophyte in the Knee
reduction of joint space
crepitation of the Knee movements
grade 2 and 3 osteoarthritis
primary osteoarthritis of the Knee
Exclusion Criteria
Injection of corticosteroid during previous 1 month
fracture and dislocation of the knee
previous surgery of the knee
pregnancy
rheumatoid arthritis
sever knee osteoarthritis (grade 4)
leaving of study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain intensity in rest. Timepoint: 1st, 10th sessions and one month later. Method of measurement: By Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).;6 minutes walking test. Timepoint: 1st, 10th sessions and one month later. Method of measurement: By Chronometer.;Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). Timepoint: 1st, 10th sessions and one month later. Method of measurement: By questionnaire.
