Inclusion Criteria

aged 45-75 years
Knee pain more than 3 months
ability of walking
osteophyte in the Knee
reduction of joint space
crepitation of the Knee movements
grade 2 and 3 osteoarthritis
primary osteoarthritis of the Knee

Exclusion Criteria

Injection of corticosteroid during previous 1 month
fracture and dislocation of the knee
previous surgery of the knee
pregnancy
rheumatoid arthritis
sever knee osteoarthritis (grade 4)
leaving of study

Primary Outcome Measures

Pain intensity in rest. Timepoint: 1st, 10th sessions and one month later. Method of measurement: By Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).;6 minutes walking test. Timepoint: 1st, 10th sessions and one month later. Method of measurement: By Chronometer.;Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). Timepoint: 1st, 10th sessions and one month later. Method of measurement: By questionnaire.
