Anyone who meets the following criteria at the same time can be included:
1. The age is more than 18 years old and less than 90 years old, and the gender is not limited;
2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for hypertension associated with anxiety;
3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) (14-item version) (7 points to 14 points), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) (50 points to 59 points);
4. The patient has clear thinking, normal comprehension, and no mental illness;
5. Patients gave informed consent to this study, cooperated voluntarily, had good compliance, and signed an informed consent form.
Those who meet any of the following will not be included:
1. Those who are participating in other clinical trials;
2. Subjects suffering from diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases;
3. Take antibiotics, steroid hormones or probiotics 3-6 months before sampling;
4. Significant changes in diet one week before sampling;
5. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as tumors, blood diseases, organ failure, etc.;
6. Those who have received psychiatric treatment and have been taking anti-anxiety and depression drugs for a long time.
