Inclusion Criteria

?China guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 and China guidelines for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases;?were confirmed to have a history of ischemic stroke by CT or MRI;?were determined the degree of cognitive impairment after assessing by mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) which occurred after ischemic stroke;?are already ill more than or equal to one month and less than or equal to one year; ?never use drugs improving cognitive function were used before enrollment;?are conscious and have stable vital signs.

Exclusion Criteria

?Participants suffered from other diseases that could lead to cognitive impairment, such as intracranial space occupying lesions, brain trauma, aneurysms, etc;?Patients with other diseases will lead to the failure of cognitive impairment examination, such as abnormal audio-visual function, mental disorder and so on;?The patient had cognitive impairment or had been diagnosed with dementia before this onset;?The patient has other serious diseases, such as immune diseases, endocrine diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function;?Women is pregnant or breastfeeding;?The patient has coagulation dysfunction.
