入选标准
- •Anyone who meets the following criteria at the same time can be included:
- •1. The age is more than 18 years old and less than 90 years old, and the gender is not limited;
- •2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for hypertension associated with anxiety;
- •3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) (14-item version) (7 points to 14 points), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) (50 points to 59 points);
- •4. The patient has clear thinking, normal comprehension, and no mental illness;
- •5. Patients gave informed consent to this study, cooperated voluntarily, had good compliance, and signed an informed consent form.
排除标准
- •Those who meet any of the following will not be included:
- •1. Those who are participating in other clinical trials;
- •2. Subjects suffering from diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases;
- •3. Take antibiotics, steroid hormones or probiotics 3-6 months before sampling;
- •4. Significant changes in diet one week before sampling;
- •5. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as tumors, blood diseases, organ failure, etc.;
- •6. Those who have received psychiatric treatment and have been taking anti-anxiety and depression drugs for a long time.
