1 Subjects with regular menses
2 Subjects willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1 Subjects under any medication
2 Chronic illness like depression, anxiety and any other psychiatric disorders
3 Subject practicing yoga for the past 6 months
4 Subject undergone any surgery for the past 6 months
