1. Age 18-60 years
2. Confirm diagnosis of allergic rhinitis
3. Use intranasal corticosteroid for more than 1 month
1. allergic to intranasal corticosteroid.
2.patient that correctly follow all 12 step of intranasal corticosteroid usability.
3. contraindicated for intranasal corticosteroid use ex. glaucoma, pulmonary tuberculosis, fungal infection.
4. pregnancy women.
5.diagnosis fo chronic Rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyps
6. diagnosis of tumor or sinonasal malignancy.
7. deviated nasal septum from moderate degree.
8. history of sinonasal surgery.
