Age 40-75 years
Having an ischemic stroke for the first time
Hospitalization in the internal part of nerves due to ischemic stroke
Determining the severity of the patient's disability according to the Rankin scale in degrees 0, 1 and 2
Confirmation of stroke in right and left frontal areas, right and left basal ganglia, cerebellum, puter and brainstem by the attending physician
Having minimum literacy of the patient
The ability to understand and speak Persian and the absence of hearing, vision and other problems that disrupt communication
