入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients presenting with thermal burns involving upto 30% TBSA with deep thermal component of atleast 5 % TBSA.
- •2.The thermal injury should be less than or equal to 6 days old
- •3.Age between 15-50 years
排除标准
- •1.Inhalational injury
- •2.Chemical & electrical burns
- •3.Burn injury >6 days old
- •4.Associated major injuries (head,chest,abdominal trauma)
- •5.Patient with history of bleeding disorders and on anticoagulation treatment
- •6.Non consenting patients
- •7.H/o Deep Vein Thrombosis,Myocardial infarction,CerebroVascular accident
