- Age > 20 years
- Painful shoulder within 6 months
- No improvement after the previous visit
- Limit ROM of affected shoulder
- Less than normal side >30° at least 2 directions
- Active ROM =< passive ROM
- Stage I and II (Hannafin & Chiaia)
1) A person who had major shoulder trauma (fracture, dislocation)
2) A person who has radiographic findings of significant glenohumeral joint arthritis such as systematic rheumatic disease or OA
3) A person who was diagnosed with massive rotator cuff tear
4) A person who was diagnosed with neurologic disorders such as cervical radiculopathy or stroke
5) A person with chronic steroid use
6) A person who is allergic to kerorolac or steriods.
