1) Adult women of age between 18 and 65 years with a new diagnosis of cancer, who have undergone surgery for Ca breast, Ca Cervix, Ca ovary, or Ca endometrium as their primary mode of treatment.
2)Those who are experiencing anxiety or depression (Zung anxiety scale score; SAA >44, Beck Depression Inventory; BDI >10, are not receiving medication for anxiety or depression.
3)Those who do not have cognitive impairment.
1)Patients require medication for anxiety or depression during the study period.
2)Those who are not consenting to the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome will be the difference between baseline and follow-up scores of anxiety, depression, and fatigue scales.Timepoint: Both groups will be assessed at baseline and the end of the two-week intervention period for their anxiety, depression and fatigue levels.
