Young adults with health risk score in both extremes based on screening
Young adults who can understand Tamil or English
Young adults who have and knows to use the smart phone
Young adults with visual/hearing impairment
Young adults who are physically/mentally differently abled
Young adults who are medically diagnosed with chronic illness.
