1.Football players that are practising for 2 years or more.
2.Age group of the players should vary between 18-25, gender: Male
3.Those football players who practice at least 4-5 days/week.
4.Level of practice should be district level
1.Players having any previous records of surgery due to which they were recommended bed rest for more than 6 months.
2.Those who have had any orthopaedic condition involving the ankle, knee and hip in the previous 6 months.
3.The football players should not be taking any medications that enhances performance.
4.They should not be consuming any performance enhancing dietary supplements.
