Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients between age 18 years to 80 years undergoing craniotomies under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1 Age younger than 18 years or older than 80 years
2 Unarousable state during the first 24 hours after operation
3 Postoperative Glasgow Coma Scale less than 8
4 Preoperative impairment of consciousness evaluated by a medical document
5 Pregnant or lactating woman
6 Interval longer than 24 hours between the end of the surgery and ICU admission
7 Enrolled in another trial
