1. Males and females with HIV infections.
2. Age group between 30-50 years.
3. Subjects were included in the study irrespective of their anti retro viral therapy status.
4. Ability to understand and provide informed consent for participation in the study.
1. Inability to follow instruction
2. Active inflammatory disease such as: active hepatitis C or B, active gout, other active inflammatory diseases.
3. Active malignancy.
4. Patients who are already on a consistent and rigorous exercise regimen.
5. Gastrointestinal dysfunction requiring parental nutrition.
6. Patients taking any prednisone therapy.
7. Significant physical disability or immobility (joint disease, joint replacement, muscular disorders).
8. Abuse alcohol or drugs
9. History of a serious medical condition, including heart problems, tuberculosis (TB), cancer, Hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, or osteoporosis.
10. Pregnant or breast-feeding
