Inclusion Criteria

Age between 65 and 75 years old;
Present physical conditions to perform the exercise protocol;
Not performing any regular physical activity for at least three months;
Achieve a score of 24 or higher in the Mini Mental State Exam
Achieve a score of up to 9.11 on the Baecke Physical Activity Questionnaire (cutoff point adopted for low daily physical activity intensity).

Exclusion Criteria

Use antidepressants, antiepileptics, anticonvulsants, psychoactive drugs or other CNS medications

Primary Outcome Measures

It is expected to find an improvement in memory after a session of aerobic, resistance and / or concurrent exercise in relation to the control group, through cognitive tests chosen from the literature to evaluate these outcomes.;It is expected to find an improvement in short term memory, pre and post exercise in the aerobic, resistance and concurrent exercise groups, through cognitive tests chosen from the literature to evaluate these outcomes.
