入选标准
- •1.Necrotic mature, permanent anterior teeth.
- •2. Closed apex associated with or without periapical radiolucency less than 1.5 cm
- •3. Negative response to thermal test and electric pulp testing
- •4. Tooth with large pulp chamber
- •5. No tooth mobility and <3 mm pocket depth
排除标准
- •1. Patients with medical conditions like cardiac problems, pregnant patients, diabetic patients, bleeding tendencies, HIV+ patients, hepatitis-B. All patients will go through HIV screening
- •2. Tooth that requires post and core, severely curved canals.
- •3. Tooth with calcified canals.
