简要总结
This is a randomized trial to compare the endotracheal intubation with the two videolaryngoscopes, King-vision and C-Mac, for endotracheal intubation in ASA class 1 & 2 adults aged 20-60 years undergoing surgery under general endotracheal anaesthesia. The primary outcome is the time taken for successful intubation with the two devices. The secondary outcomes are the glottic view, number of attempts at intubation, first-attempt success rate and proportion of successful intubation with the two devices.

- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I and II Mallampatti grade I and II.
排除标准
- •Mallampatti grade ≥ III BMI >30kg/m2 Thyromental distance <6cm Inter incisor distance <3cm Reduced neck extension Cervical spine instability Risk of pulmonary aspiration Pregnancy Oro-pharyngeal pathology Facial abnormalities.
