Inclusion Criteria
Multiple trauma patients
Severe pain (above 5 according to Numeric Rating Scale)
Acute onset of pain in the last 24 hours
Allert with stable vital signs
Exclusion Criteria
Psychosis
Cardiovascular disease
Open globe injuries
Severe head trauma
Receive ketamine, opioids, or other analgesics in the previous 48 hours

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain score. Timepoint: At times 0, 5, 30, 60, 120 minutes after injection. Method of measurement: Numeric rating scale.;Side effects. Timepoint: Until discharge from the hospital. Method of measurement: Count the number of items registered in the checklist.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood pressure. Timepoint: Before injection, 5,30, 60 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Manometer( pressure gauge).;Heart rate. Timepoint: Before injection, 5,30, 60 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Count.;Oxygen saturation level. Timepoint: Before injection, 5,30, 60 and 30 minutes later. Method of measurement: Pulse oximetry.
