All adults in the age group of 40-79 years with anyone of the following CV risk factors will be included in the study:
Known family history of CVD
Obesity
Smoking
Alcoholics (Low intake)
Lack of physical activity (Moderate to severe)
Pre-hypertension
Hypertension
Pre-diabetes
Diabetes
Dyslipidemia
Insulin resistance
Retrograde inflammation
Psychological stress and Work stress
•Severe alcoholics (Alcohol has more influence on cardiovascular and autonomic functions)
•Sportspersons
•Known heart diseases
•Receiving hormonal therapy
•Severe Kidney diseases
•Other endocrine disorders
