- •Age over 40 years
- •Knee osteoarthritis based on ACR creatria for at least 6 months
- •Feeling pain or discomfort in the knee for at least 3 months on a daily basis or reducing significant limitations on the Joint involved for 1 month according to WOMAC
- •No history of underlying diseases (including diabetes, inflammatory arthritis)
- •OCP consumption, smoking
排除标准
- •Recent history of knee surgery
- •All cases of secondary osteoarthritis
- •Drug and / or antidepressant use while studying
- •Major psychiatric diseases
