Inclusion Criteria

1. Children receiving a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder as per DSM 5

2. Children of either sex aged 4 to 10 years of age

3. Guardian(s) giving written informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

Children with ASD having intellectual disability, significant sensory and motor impairment, known genetic disorders, seizures at the time of enrolment or other neurological disorders, significant medical or neurological illness (endocrinopathies) or pre-existing constipation.
