- •1.Age 40 to 70 years
- •2.Stage I and II Primary Adhesive capsulitis
- •3.Unilateral shoulder involvement
排除标准
- •1.Traumatic /fracture in upper extremity
- •2.Patients with malignancy
- •3.Post-operative shoulder
- •4.Patient under steroid therapy
- •5.Bilateral cases.
- •6.Grade 3 stage of frozen shoulder.
- •7.Patient with severe osteoarthritis
- •8.Patient with diabetes with post prandial blood sugar above 200mg%.
- •9.Patient with SSNB or IA steroid in last 6 months.
