Inclusion Criteria
1.Age 40 to 70 years
2.Stage I and II Primary Adhesive capsulitis
3.Unilateral shoulder involvement
Exclusion Criteria
1.Traumatic /fracture in upper extremity
2.Patients with malignancy
3.Post-operative shoulder
4.Patient under steroid therapy
5.Bilateral cases.
6.Grade 3 stage of frozen shoulder.
7.Patient with severe osteoarthritis
8.Patient with diabetes with post prandial blood sugar above 200mg%.
9.Patient with SSNB or IA steroid in last 6 months.
