入选标准
- •1.MCL injury grade 1 and 2 confirmed by MRI
- •2.Age group 18-35 years
- •3.Duration of injury within 2 weeks
排除标准
- •1.Any associated ligament and meniscal injury other than MCL confirmed by MRI
- •2.Internal derangement of knee
- •3.Any previous knee surgery
- •4.Knee instability due to hypermobility syndrome
- •5.Local infection around the knee
- •6.Uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •7.Local corticosteroid injection within 6 weeks
- •8.Thrombocytopenia
- •9.Anti-coagulation therapy
- •10.Haemodynamic instability
- •11.Hypofibrinogenaemia
