入选标准
- •1. MRI confirmed Grade-2 and Grade-3 cases of insertional tendinopathy of rectus abdominis
- •2. Age group 18-35 years
- •3. Duration of symptoms >3 months
- •4. Willingness to comply with treatment and follow-up assessment
排除标准
- •1. Associated with other causes of groin pain like adductor, iliopsoas, inguinal-related groin pain
- •2. Local infections around groin
- •3. Uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •4. Local corticosteroid injection within 3 months
- •5. Platelet count ( <1.8 lakhs/mm3)
- •6. Anti-coagulation therapy
