Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Aged 30 years \& above
- •2 With any one or more Non communicable disease (diabetes, hypertension, CVD, stroke, cancer)
- •3 Who will give informed consent to be a part of the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Less than 30 years of age
- •2 Who will not give informed consent to be a part of the study
- •3 Those who are already on nicotine replacement therapy
