入选标准
- •1.Patients who need fixed prosthetic restoration (single crowns,FPD) in maxillary and mandibular premolar-molar region
- •2.Tooth preparation with supragingival or equi-gingival margins
- •3.Abutment teeth that are vital or endodontically treated with a sealed root filling to the apex, and had to be without apical periodontitis for the past 6 months.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who have not completed oral prophylaxis and restorative treatment.
- •2. Patients with systemic diseases or consuming medication affecting gingiva.
- •3. Existing gingival and periodontal diseases. Patients with a gingival index score greater than 0.5.
- •4. Patients having known allergic reactions to the materials used in the study.
- •5. Pregnant or lactating patients.
- •6. Patients with unacceptable oral hygiene status
- •7. Smokers and patients consuming tobacco.
- •8. Participants in which more than 2 teeth can be assessed.
