•Work Package C (Qualitative)
•1. Patients aged under 18 years
•2. Critically ill patients. (We will be led by NHS staff who will identify patients not appropriate for inclusion in study)
•3. Non-English speakers
•4. Patients who lack capacity (e.g. due to cognitive impairment)
