Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Who act as table seamstresses; That they do not have intellectual and/or motor limitations that prevent them from carrying out the proposed exercises and tests; in addition to providing their consent to participate in the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant participants who are not able to practice physical exercises; according to medical indications; Collaborators who are on vacation scheduled for the study period and; Those who are away from their work activities or who are complying with prior notice
