1. Subjects fulfilling diagnostic criteria.
2. Subjects between the age group of 20-60years will be selected
3. Known case of HTN and DM with strict control of Blood pressure and blood glucose level will be selected.
1. Subjects suffering from chronic systemic disorders and subjects on other medications which interrupt the study.
2. Pregnant women.
3. Diabetic patient with uncontrolled blood glucose level.
?Hypertension patient with uncontrolled Blood pressure.
?Subjects with acute abdominal pain.
?Patients with pain requiring surgical intervention and acute management.
