•1. Subjects volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;
•2. Subjects with a history of two or more recurrent spontaneous abortions;
•3. There is no obvious abnormality in physical examination and laboratory results except for RSA related indexes;
•4. Aged 20 to 40 years old;
•5. Gestation<6 weeks;
•6. Normal menstrual cycle and basal body temperature;
•7. Normal hormone levels;
•8. Subjects with negative anti-phospholipid antibodies;
•9. TORCH IgM negative;
•10. Blood group antibody <1128;
•11. Hysteroscopy or HSG: at least one side of fallopian tube is unobstructed and the anatomy of uterine cavity is normal;
•12. Normal semen analysis result of the spouse;
•13. Normal karyotype results of the couples.

•1. Subjects who had experienced serious diseases, such as respiratory diseases, endocrine system diseases, nervous system, cardiovascular system disease, digestive system disease or diseases of the urogenital system;
•2. Subjects who had experienced serious infection, tumors, or immunodeficiency diseases.
