Informal bereaved caregivers of patients assisted by the Palliative Oncology Care Team at Londrina's Cancer Hospital; older than 18 years; both sexes; who do not have criteria for diagnosing depression by the PHQ-9 questionnaire (9-item Patient Health Questionnaire), which will be applied before the Terms of Free and Informed Consent - TCLE, with the objective of tracking suicidal ideation or depression; elected by the patients or by the health team as the main caregivers of the patients; who write, speak or read Brazilian Portuguese; with cognitive capacity to understand questions and answers, which will be evaluated by the researcher; willing to meet the researchers for up to 3 consecutive meetings in an interval of approximately 60 days in total, online

Name Time Method It is expected to find a reduction in the levels of anxiety and depression identified by the HADS (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale), with the variables HADS-A (anxiety) and HADS-D (depression) dichotomized in cutoff points based on the literature, i.e. is, greater than or equal to 9 in each of these spheres (anxiety and depression), with improvement in depressive and anxious scores being considered a decrease in the value of these scores
