Children between age group of 4 to 10 years.
Primary molars with deep dentinal cavitated carious lesion.
Teeth with no history of spontaneous pain, pathologic mobility, draining sinus tract, redness or swelling of the vestibule, and sensitivity to palpation and/or percussion.
Slight or no bleeding at exposure site.
No sign of furcal or periapical radiolucency.
No sign of periodontal ligament space widening.
No evidence of internal or external root resorption in the initial diagnostic periapical radiograph.
Patient with systemic disease.
Tooth with sign of irreversible pulpitis.
Clinical signs & symptoms of Non-Vital pulp.
