入选标准
- •1.Man or woman aged 18 or over
- •2.Patients are able to go to Siriraj hospital 2 times per week
- •3. Patients are able to provide informed consent
- •4.Peripheral neuropathic pain diagnosis by the pain specialist
- •5.Douleur Neuropathique 4 (DN4) greater than or equal to 4
- •6.Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain greater than or equal to 4
- •7.Treatment had to be stable for 3 months before recruitment into the study.
排除标准
- •1. Plan surgery within 3 months
- •2.Central neuropathic pain, stroke, or spinal cord injury
- •3.History disease of uncontrolled Psychiatric disorders
- •4.Have trauma, fracture, or open wounds on the area with pain
- •5.Addiction to alcohol and/or drugs elicit
- •6.Pregnancy
- •7.Conditions demanded by the study ex. fever, skin disease on the affected area
