1. Patients with malignant tumors confirmed by pathology or cytology;
2. Patients with grade 1 or above HFS after receiving chemotherapy;
3. Komofsky score > 60 points;
4. No serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction;
5. The expected survival period is more than 3 months;
6. Aged 18-80 years;
7. Good compliance;
8. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
1. Those with preexisting nervous system diseases;
2. Diabetes complicated with nervous system diseases;
3. Patients who are receiving other non-chemotherapy drugs that may cause neurotoxicity;
4. Uncontrolled infections and metabolic diseases;
5. Pregnant women or mentally ill patients.
