1)CVMI stages 2,3,4
2)Age 10-15 years
3)All teeth erupted expect 3rd molar
4)Skeletal Class II malocclusion (ANB >4�º)
5)Minimum crowding / well leveled arches
Exclusion Criteria
1)Evidence of any systemic disease
2)Poor oral hygiene
3)Severe crowding
4)Missing first permanent molar
5)Evidence of any congenital syndrome
